What is Set-out?

The approved layout. Transferred precisely.

Set-out is the final phase of the CorVec workflow. Once the target layout is validated and approved, we transfer it into the real hall to the millimetre. With a Trimble Ri robotic total station, we set out reference points, axes, foundation positions and machine locations directly in the facility – giving installation teams an unambiguous working basis.

Warum Set-out?

Because imprecise positions create new collisions.

Even with a validated layout, imprecise positions on the shop floor can create new errors. Set-out eliminates this last source of uncertainty. With a robotic total station, we transfer every position to the millimetre – so installation teams can work safely from the start.
