Site visit & as-built capture

We scan your hall with the Trimble X9 laser scanner – contactless and usually without interrupting production. The result is a millimetre-accurate point cloud: the verified reality of your facility.

Digital validation

in the office · you are not tied up

Based on the point cloud, we check your target layout digitally for collisions, safety clearances and traffic routes. Several variants are tested and compared – every conflict is resolved here, not on the shop floor.

Approval

We go through the validated layout together. You approve the final variant – based on verified data, not on assumptions. The approval is documented in an audit-proof way.

Set-out on the shop floor

on site · millimetre-accurate

With the Trimble Ri robotic total station, we transfer the approved layout precisely into the real hall: reference points, axes and foundation positions. From then on, installation teams work on verified positions.

Montage Optional

on request · one provider, one responsibility

On request, we also handle the physical installation based on the approved layout. Instead of interfaces between several trades: one continuous workflow from capture to finished installation.
