3. Accessing our website (server logs)
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (processor). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
5. Contact form and email contact
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, your details (name, company, email, phone number, project details, message) are stored to process your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We do not pass on this data without your consent and delete it once processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Map embedding (Google Maps)
On the contact page we embed map material from Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google; data may be transferred to third countries (USA). The embedding is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in an appealing presentation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
7. Cookies
As things stand, this website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be used to provide the website. Should consent-requiring services (e.g. analytics tools) be added in future, a cookie consent banner will be implemented.
